BMI Calculator (“the app”) is a free, offline health utility. This policy explains what data the app handles and how we protect your privacy.
1. Data we collect
None. The app does not collect, store or transmit any personal data to us or any third party.
2. Data stored on your device
When you tap Calculate, the app saves your BMI, height and weight (plus optional age and gender) to your device’s private storage so you can review your history. This data:
- never leaves your device;
- is not shared with the developer or any third party;
- can be erased at any time via the Clear all button on the History screen, or by clearing the app’s storage in Android Settings.
3. Permissions
The app declares no Android permissions and does not access the network, camera, microphone, contacts, location or any other sensitive resource.
4. Analytics, advertising and third-party SDKs
None. The app contains no advertising, analytics or tracking SDKs.
5. Children
The app can be used by anyone, but BMI is not a reliable indicator for children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone, including children.
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date above.
